Senior Manager, Audience Strategy at Hilton since May 2018 — governing segmentation strategy and data activation for 180M+ Honors members across Email, Push, SMS, In-App Messaging, Web, and Paid Media (4+ billion annual outbound communications). Helped define the fuzzy-matching logic behind Hilton's identity resolution (UCID) — did not architect UCID itself. Led three platform migrations without disrupting business-as-usual: Unica → Redshift, Cheetahmail → Braze, and Unica → Treasure AI/CIH.
In parallel, shipped 8 AI products in under a year — VoyageHQ, ApplyReady, MyLunchQuest, and more — using the Claude API and the Toki Framework, a product governance methodology earned from real production failures. Every product on this site is live and built in public.
What this site does
The name comes from the Latin "cum laude" (with honor/distinction) — pronounced "k-loh-day," not like the AI model. K-laude.com is a live, interactive portfolio showcasing eight shipped AI products — from AI-first travel planning to gamified team lunches to a career engine for underrepresented job seekers. Each product is live, built in public, and governed by the Toki Framework, a four-phase AI product methodology earned from real production failures. The site itself is a product in the portfolio, with an AI chat assistant, multilingual support, and a real-time tailored résumé generator.
