Helped define Hilton's UCID fuzzy-matching logic, led the 100+ segment rebuild and Treasure AI migration, and drove the Cheetahmail → Braze migration (70+ campaigns).
In parallel, shipped 8 AI products in under a year — VoyageHQ, ApplyReady, MyLunchQuest, and more — using the Claude API and the Toki Framework, a product governance methodology earned from real production failures. Every product on this site is live and built in public.
